Chop PSD -> HTML5, Bootstrap 3, Annotated, jQuery (Autocomplete), Drop-down...

We have a PSD that needs chopping-up for a client. It needs to be converted to HTML5/CSS and built on the Twitter Bootstrap 3 framework.

I have the design for the desktop version (tablet is much the same just bought in a little (your discretion on this) and I also have a mobile design for reference.
