Charity website prototype

General information for the website: a charity site that has a project management system
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We need a working prototype charity website which enables users to create a profile, publish projects etc from a database. The site needs to have the following functionality:
login/logout
Publish template profile: upload images, text form, video
Create Project: upload images, text form, video
Database with search data by different criteria, one of which is geographic and displayed on a world map which links through to profile and project pages etc.
We also need a basic management interface which enables the administrator to approve projects prior to them going live.

There are 3 componnents:

1. Home page project search
2. Client profile
3. Project profile
4. Admin (no design yet)

The page designs have been created and are available in layered photoshop files.

A detailed specification can be provided when the project is accepted, and whoever builds it successfully, can have the work to create the real thing.
Extra services needed: Hosting
Specific technologies required: database with video and image cpacity. Video plyer on pages etc
