Changes to shopify website

I supply fabric and need to change Shopify to make user friendly. i.e. selling by centimetre but not showing unit cost. This will get around selling in whole units necessary for Shopify (I had wanted to sell in part units but not possible). Need to delete unit cost on product thumbnails and also when going into individual products delete unit cost. I will just list a metre cost in product description. By listing centimetre cost in inventory the correct price will be shown in the cart. Hope this makes sense! See my website: www.themakersmarket.co.nz to see problem.
