Kind of development: New website from scratch

Description of every page/module: I have a 5 page website that i did in basic html.
I would like this site to be updated and responsive, mobile friendly, etc..
php is ok, no wordpress. something that i can easily upload.
my tags are ok but could use more longtail words. google analytics are there in the code.
must be able to take hotel bookings and contact page, and look professional.
