Change slider code to a single image

We don't want to have a slider on the home page of this website http://www.rossdunlop.co.nz/ (and we don't like the way it drops the image of the man off when re-sized to a tablet sized screen).

So I want to replace the header 'slider' code on the home page with the attached single image. This part I have done but the image is not aligned correctly - see my test here

The image needs to sit in exactly the same place as it looks now, and it needs to re-size with the rest of the page elements for viewing on a tablet or smart phone.

All I need now is someone to align it to its correct position. I would have thought it would take less than 15 mins.
