Central server application with associated Android & I.O.S. applications

We require an experienced freelance developer or team of developers to produce a brand new Web based central server & associated Mobile phone (Android and IOS) based application(S). The software is to be constructed in ASP.Net. The successful applicant must have MS SQL Server, Java Script, Web Forms & Ajax experience and the ability to work independently to a design specification.
This is a short term project lasting between 1 & 4 months. Most of the work can be carried out remotely, however regular meetings in Essex will be required.
