Central Reservation System for our 4 rooms

Hi,

I am looking for a Asp.net (Visual studio 2012)web developer to build a Central Reservation System for our 4 rooms. I would like the booking to be taken form our website and any of the online travel/hotel sites eg laterooms, hotels.com etc so there needs to be some integration to update the bookings to reflect the same on these sites without I manually updating each.

I would like this to be very simple easy to use having modern a look and feel, I should be able to integrate this into our existing website. There should be a management interface which is again should be simple modern, some reporting, ability to trigger email etc..

The clients should be able to find available rooms and make a booking via our website and make a payment using visa\master\paypal and this should trigger an confirmation email and reflect the same the web management page and also on the online travel/hotel sites eg laterooms, hotels.com etc.
