Captcha not working on a webpage on windows

We have a contact page on a website that seems to have an error

the error is Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

The website is held on a windows server and we was told told by our data centre the following

Lanap.BotDetect is not in the Bin folder, and since the application is not loaded onto the GAC he will need to put it into the Bin folder and reference it in the Web.config. I went to the applications website and it says that it will preform in a medium trust environment which is good as that is all we will allow.

we was told that this DLL is not installed in our GAC and he needs to load it into the Bin folder here: /mnt/stor3-wc2-dfw1/504230/705687/www.******/web/content/Bin

we have also been told

Set objDom = server.CreateObject("Lanap.BotDetect") [probable Lanap.BotDetect dll is not installed properly

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
