Business Website/App RESTful API, SQL Server, React

This is Carlos, I have been in development for 20 years, I have my fair share of Backend and Frontend work.

The job.
I am building a website first and a small version of iOS and Android App will follows this task. I already have a SQL server database and I have the design of the pages in XD prototype, just missing the implementation for the website. Also, part of the technical information for the services for the RESTful API are written.

The task is to build the Business website.
To give an idea of the size, the website will contain around 15 pages, the database has around 50 tables to support that, the biggest do not have more than 15 fields, on average only 6 fields. Each table will around 3-4 services, most of them copy and paste, change the query, EASY most of them.
The Candidate have to prove that he/she worked in an App with Sign Up and Sign In (preferable OAuth2), Google map, used QR codes before will be a plus. The candidate should help me to install and test the job from the first day, so I can test regularly, not wait till the end for bad surprises. Regular calls will be necessary. See attached a video with some very similar functionalities.

Technology:
Frontend: React / Angular
Backend: Node.js RESTful API / Node Express
Database: SQL Server.
Mobile: React Native

The Candidate:
- Should be free to work on this full time now, deadline very tight.
- Has to prove that worked in similar apps before, not just with links, with a very small demo. I had to cancel a couple of developers saying having the skill and they done, time wasted for both.
- Should be capable of identifying what needs to be built and be proactive with ideas.
- Must be tidy and following naming conventions for services and add comments explaining the functionality.
- Must prove that he/she worked in an App with Sign Up and Sign In because it will need to copy and reuse that code.
- The candidate must help me to install and test this in the first days, so I can test regularly, not wait till the end for bad surprises, so hands on from the beginning.
- I already work with the fair share of developers that say they can do it, but they do not have the skills, in that case the job will be cancelled, and any advance payment will be requested to be refund. To avoid that, demonstrate that you can do before sending any advance or invoice.

The success of the work and if the web will lead to the app, we will have a very long term relationship. The idea for the App is amazing and very useful.

I’m looking forward to your proposals but of course, if you haven’t done similar jobs before, this task is not good for you.
