Bullet animated wizard for WP website

I need to create the tabbed animated wizard of the attached video.
This will be hosted in a WP website running Generate Blocks and Generate Press.
I need to be able to edit the content that appears underneath the bullet line, every time the bullet is clicked.
I need the animation of the line both ways right to left - left to right
Anyway i need it exactly as it is.
Please check and let me know.
