I have tried to build my first ever responsive wp theme. But got stuck. I need help to finish it up. This is the link where I got so far http://www.designstest.co.uk/
Main issue I have - it does not act as responsive in most browsers and mobiles (works well on chrome on my mac).
I am open to suggestions, maybe it's easier (and cheaper) to build new theme from scratch.
