Build Website with commerce add-on and link to appointment scheduler

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT WEBSITE:
We provide veterinary services at pet owner's homes. Website needs to be similar in size and organization to www.pager.com (they offer medical services at home, while we offer veterinary services,but the sections are similar, including describe company, have product menu, have a hiring page for prospective veterinarians, terms of service, disclosures, etc.). Site needs to render well on both desktop and mobile devices.
Different from Pager.com, we need a registration page for the Veterinaries enrolling in our referral system (we fulfill the referrals through a separate mobile App). We also need a section where Veterinarians can shop for a few, basic supplies, e.g., vaccines, rapid veterinary tests, etc.

Also different from Pager.com (and in fact less complicated than theirs) is that we DON'T need videos or detailed profiles of the Doctors (instead we'll use icons and schematics that you will design) . You will need to develop the functionality on the whole website, use the appropriate Weebly plug-ins and post it online in a Weebly account I will provide

KIND OF DEVELOPMENT:

New website from scratch (on Weebly). To make it easier you can get inspiration from www.pager.com and adapt from there. You can also get inspiration from Lyft.com. The website included all pages and subpages.

NUM. OF WEB PAGES/MODULES:

Business site - medium complexity, a few simple transactions from a menu, e.g., for clients, link to our veterinary appointment booking engine (that we have hosted in Amazon Web Services, linked to our mobile app backend), and for Vets, subscription page and a small commerce store (for basic veterinary supplies used during the visits to client's houses). An initial "roadmap" is attached to facilitate you gearing up for this.

DESCRIPTION OF PAGES/MODULES:
The aesthetics needs to be MODERN, minimalist. Clear and efficient. You will creat the icons and graphs needed and everything else, site logic, text, etc. Text can be "copied for the other 2 reference sites (Pager and Lyft) and I'll help you adapt it to us.

DESCRIPTION OF FEATURES:

Needs to allow for some simple commerce transactions (about 30 SKUs for the Veterinarians), plus link to our existing Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted booking engine (where clients can book appointments with our Veterinarians).

CMS and ADMIN REQUIREMENTS:
I have a Weebly account, but I am totally flexible as to using Wordpress, or something else. We do need to have a USER FRIENDLY ADMIN PANEL for the website. Also needs to link to the admin panel of our core appointment booking App (we already have in IOS and Android). Panel is hosted in AWS, and I'll provide link. A big plus, if you can HOST EVERYTHING IN our account at AWS (Amazon Web Services).

EXTRA NOTES:
Part of your job will be to adapt the text from www.pager.com and Lyft.com, while providing the required functionality for our business (Veterinary appointments at people's homes). For example, www.pager.com helps clients book medical doctor's appointments at home, and we can use the logic, use very similar text, since we book veterinarians appointments at home. Part of your job is to do get that text and do a word replace, e.g., put veterinarians where the other sites put doctors. Keep it simple and modern, and use the corporate colors and free fonts, that we will provide. Simplicity and intuitive interface is what we want and will also make your job easier.
