Build Professional Affiliate Comparison Website

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer / web designer to build out my new affiliate marketing website: www.chatbotcompare.co.uk
The site will be a comparison and review platform for AI chatbots and conversational AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.). It will feature in-depth comparisons, unbiased reviews, pricing breakdowns, pros/cons tables, performance insights, and affiliate links/deals to earn commissions.
Current status:

The domain and hosting are already set up.
WordPress is installed.
The Kadence theme free installed
The site is currently in a basic "coming soon" / placeholder state with the default KAdence Theme

Scope of work required:

Full customisation and build-out using the Kadence theme (and Kadence Blocks plugin) to create a modern, clean, professional, and conversion-focused design suitable for an affiliate comparison site.
Implement a mobile-responsive, fast-loading design (Core Web Vitals friendly).
Create and style the main pages, including:
Homepage (hero section, featured comparisons, top picks carousel/section, call-to-actions)
Comparison pages (side-by-side tables for features, pricing, performance)
Individual chatbot review pages (ratings, pros/cons lists, affiliate buttons)
Blog / resources section for SEO content
About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure pages

Integrate essential elements:
Attractive, easy-to-read comparison tables (using Kadence Blocks, TablePress, or similar lightweight solution)
Affiliate link placement (buttons, disclosure notices, cloaking if preferred)
Schema markup for reviews/ratings (to help with rich snippets in Google)
Speed optimisations (image compression, lazy loading, caching recommendations)
Basic SEO setup (meta titles/descriptions, clean permalinks, Yoast/Rank Math ready)

Add necessary plugins (I'll approve the list):
Kadence Blocks / Kadence Pro (if not already)
Lightweight table/comparison plugin if needed
Cookie consent, contact form (e.g. WPForms lite), SEO plugin, etc.
No heavy page builders like Elementor/Divi – stick to native Gutenberg + Kadence for speed.

Provide clean hand-over: full access documentation, plugin/theme update guide, and basic training (via Loom or similar) on how to add new comparisons/reviews.
