Build of HTML5/Flash rotating globes

A fairly brief brief, if you have any questons do post below

Project requirements
• 3D rotating globe framework
• 5 x locations/countries highlighted on the map with either icons or different colours.
o Option to add or remove countries/locations
• Functionality to click on a location (country) to bring up highlights and a read more type link within a content area to the right hand side of the globe.

We require upto 6 of these globes based on different categories, our client has projects all over the world so these need to be plotted on the globe depending on their categories.

Complete dimensions of area approx: 960 pixels wide and 550 pixels high appearing on the sites banner area.

Required to be built in either HTML5 or Flash. HTML5 is the preferred option due to mobile compatibility.
