Build an online blood bank system in 7 days

The system must be in the language of PHP with a front end of HTML/CSS and backend of MYSQL.
The system has 3 users:
1) The requester or the patient doesnt register in the system. he will simply press a button in the navigation bar that is called find urgent donors and he will fill all of the important informations which will be send to the administrator.
2) the hospital can request for blood units by simply registering and logging in and filling the important informations that will be sent to the admin like blood type and quanitity. moreover, they can view the donors who have placed appointments to donate blood.
3) the blood donor can register and log in where he will only book for appointment to donate bloood by simply filling in all of the important information's which will be send to the admin.
4) the admin can manage users, add, remove or update informations. the admin can manage blood units. the admin can verify the requests of both of users where he will either accept or decline the request. moreover, the admin can send an email to all of the users through the system.
