Build an HTML/CSS Website from visuals supplied. Must match my design exactly!

I need this completing by Monday 3pm - please do not send me a proposal unless you can meet that deadline.

I need a developer to build an HTML/CSS coded website.
(This is important as I need to be able to edit the site myself going forward.)

The site must match my visuals EXACTLY as this is what the client is expecting to see.

All fonts must be embedded into the CSS (I appreciate that some areas may have to be image based such as banners and header graphics). The font used is Avante Garde and I can provide the .ttf font files.

The site must be search engine-friendly, including all AlT tags etc.

The site must re-size to fit an tablet or mobile screen.

The visuals are self explanatory, but any questions please ask.

If your proposal is accepted then I will send you the original InDesign artwork files as well as the PDF visual.

On completion I will then require all files to be sent to me so that I can upload to my own reseller server.
