Build an application to delete myhoroscopepro.com

We require an app developed that will permantly delete the browser hijacker , myhoroscopepro.com.
This browser hijacker appears from nowhere , existing sites like , spyhunter5 , 10bit malware fighter , malwarebytes do not recognise myhoroscopepro and do not delete it.
So that is the job , write a program to delete it permantly , any language you choose , that is what we want and that is what we will pay for.
While initially we want the app for i own use , in the future we may offer it online for a very very small cost , to others similarly affected .
