Browser Based WebCam Recording

We want to create a browser based webcam recorder.

Once permission has been given by the Flash controller to control the Users Video and Audio it should present the webcam image.

A question will be layered over the webcam image (e.g. "what is your favourite colour"). At the same time a timer will countdown from 30, 29, 28, 27.... however the User can press a [Record] button to start recording immediately. Otherwise when the countdown reaches 0 it immediately starts recording.

As it records a time should also countdown 30, 29, 28, 27.... and will automatically stop when the countdown reaches 0. Alternatively the user can press a [Finish] button.
The recording should be saved to a media server such as Amazon Web Services.

Then a second question should be layered over the webcam and the process should start again.

At the end of all the questions a thank you message should be layered over the webcam.

Importantly the questions should be based on data contained in an MSSQL database, so you will need to make a sanitised link to the MSSQL database.

The overall objective is that a Controller can enter an email address, a series of questions and submit these questions to the User.

Once completed a player needs to be developed that shows the question asked for five seconds and immediately plays the footage, then moves on to the next question until no more questions exist.
