BootStrap Website Modifications

1) Property Search Menu

1a) First, I have a z index problem. As it is showing under some of the other DIVs. (The Menu file is held in /includes/header.asp)




1b) Next, I want to improve the drop down menu so that each county is separated, rather than in the current list.

Here is one example, however, I think it looks a little too busy. What do you think?





2) Rates

Currently I am just displaying them directly for the database.



However, I want to make them with better formatting, to look like they are in table. (Well aligned vertically). The following is not a very good example. I want it to look much better of course!
