Bootstrap navigation needs updating

Description of requirements/features: I have a current website using bootstrap.

On mobile view I would like the navigation to slide in from the right hand side instead of sliding in from the top. I'm a full stack developer myself but I'm new to bootstrap and I can't get this to work. I think that the fact that the navigation is fixed at the top of the page may be causing me an issue.

Also I tend to get quite a few of these little issues. I'm looking to form a ongoing relationship with a quality front end developer who I can work with in the future.
