Bootstrap 3 Theme Development (Header Only)

General information for the website: Website for small financial company
Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a front-end developer to code up the attached design into a single static, clean, HTML page, which uses and extends Bootstrap 3. The original Bootstrap 3 files should not be modified, but an additional stylesheet should be developed to reflect the design attached.

Furthermore, the navigation must use the Bootstrap 3 navbar and must collapse for smaller screens as expected. The sub navigation should appear/slide down on hover. All design details including colour band above each nav item and down arrow extending into the sub-nav must be built.

We have included a few views (initial and scrolled). The header must change and stick to the top of the page when scrolling (for larger screens). This should not happen for smaller screens where the navigation has collapsed.

General Requirements:
- must use Bootstrap 3 + jQuery
- must include inline documentation/comments
- top level navigation items must be the same width, with the search icon fixed to the right hand side
- when hovering over the search icon, it should expand out to the left, showing a search input box (nav items should animate and reduce in width to create space)
- sub level navigation items must be the same width as each other and fill the width of the page
- sticky header ('initial' shows the initial view, 'scrolled' shows the 'sticky' header. When scrolling down, the initial header must morph into the scrolled header and stick to the top of the page)
- included is an example of a collapsed view
- the logos included are examples; the sticky header should reduce in height and the logo should slide to the left hand side
