Bespoke fully automated recruitment website

Hi,


I am trying to find a designer near Southampton that can build me a fully automated recruitment website. The site is initially for the construction industry, but will develop into a generic recruitment site over time. The designer needs to be able to create a back of house admin area and database for applicants and employers. The concept needs to run itself with limited input. Initially the site will be free, but then after six months or so I want to charge employers to advertise their vacancies.
