Basic email and webpage setup for new url

We're a start up - we have checked our desired URL is available, and it is. Once we purchase the URL, we are looking for someone to assist us by recommending a suitable webhost, setting up our email, and creating a basic text page for our website so we exist in the most basic form online.

Wordpress is how we would like the webpage created - we have experience of this, and managing emails etc through a webhost once its set up.

Ignore the budget allocated at £10, we know this is unrealistic - the job however is straightforward. Once we purchase the URL we simply require a couple of email accounts to be created ending in the url, to know how to access and manage those. emails, and for the text page in wordpress to exist.
