Basic CRM Tool For Innovative Consumer Facing Finance

We are developing a unique system that requires an online management tool for both our customers and staff to access.

The system will allow a user to create an account/transaction with some basic details, and this generates a reference number. Another user can then enter that reference number to create their side of the transaction. Once we have both sets of details, our internal stuff will work through a checklist of tasks to track progress (which both sides of the transaction can login to view). At the end of a transaction, a PDF certificate is created and emailed to both parties.

In summary I need someone with PHP and / or ASP experience developing CRM tools to build what is for now quite a simple online system. It needs to be user friendly and slick, with modern 'Web 2.0' touches. Examples of your previous work to view would be much appreciated. Project has scope for a range of additional work / add ons in due course.
