I have an app (written in Python / Dash / Flask framework), which I have hosted on AWS Elastic Beanstalk. I am running into timeout errors (110: Connection Timed Out amongst others) which are impacting the user experience of the application.
I'm confident that someone with experience in AWS should be able to rectify these issues very quickly.]
The ability to talk me through debugging (preferably on screen) is required, as the application is too large to share. I can share the logs required to assist ahead of calls.
