Automation

I am automating a web application. I'm not able to click the login button, and two links (technologies- c#, Selenium, and the browser is internet explorer. I even have a bit of code ready but not sure if it's right because in VSC it's not showing any error. So, I just want one button and two links code (attached, see picture) which should be pretty quick, I know because I have done this with Python and chrome. I need this done by Wednesday or max Thursday morning Chicago time.
