Automated WhatsApp Messages

We have a 360dialog account set up with our WhatsApp number - this has 10 templates set up and approved (screenshot attached). These include variables that need to be pulled from a Google Sheet we have set up. Each message needs to be triggered by a change in our Google Sheet (for example: packrequested needs to be triggered by a new row, and valuation needs to be triggered by when a price is added to a Google Sheet row. We have Zapier & Make.com set up and would be ok with either of these being used to set up the automation. We need this done today as we have been let down by someone else.
