Auto Tweet for Directory site Joomla, Sobipro

What we need is:

once a customer has added their own free business listing to our new directory website that is being built in Joomla, the directory system is being built using SobiPRO after the listing is submitted it will automatcailly be added to the directory site then what we are after is the listing to be tweeted onto our twitter account automatcailly we the Company Name and the link back to our directory site but to show the new business that has been listed.

If this don't make sense please get in touch, will need to see that you can do this sort of work before going ahead, looking to start this beginning of december, as the website is still being built.
