Description of requirements/features: Simple contact form needed for integration with existing html website. Requires only 3 fields (name, email, enquiry) and captcha (re-loadable). No styling needed, just functionality. Some validation required - all fields are mandatory and email address must conform to standard email address format. On submission, detail has to be emailed to me and then acknowledgement message displayed to user. Form currently uses PHP within iFrame and would like to continue using iFrame but with vb.net rather than PHP. Depending on extra work/cost, would also like an acknowledgement email sent to customer.
