ASP Property Site Debugging (Urgent Apply Only today 14/10/2011)

Have recently transferred site from one to other.

Using "dbms solutions (dvp)" Property database system.

Everything works fine but when you upload photo from admin, this error came up.

Access is denied.

We have testes
-ASP Version
-File Permission
-Full Path etc

but we have not fixed this yet.

Please let me know if any of you can fix problem.

You do not give me actual solution but please send us some "indications" that you can fix this within 2 hours.
