ASP.net web application SQL change to .csv output file

Our ASP.net application produces a .csv file which needs to be changed.

We need to add a couple of new fields of data and drop a couple of others.

The database tables exist.

I would ideally like to find a developer who will be able to increasingly work with me to also re-brand the application so we can sell it to other clients.

So if you have solid css skills and even better are able to work with flash and action script etc those will be great - though not, at this stage essential.

Although this job can obviously be done remotely, I would like to work with someone who can meet in the Bristol-Newport-Cardiff area.
