I have an ASP.NET 4 C# Web site that is fully functional. It is called Apex Lawn and Garden and it is nothing more than a DEMO site of a fake company that sells mowers and riding mowers. But I need someone to go into the Web site and make some tweaks to make it look better.
I first need a theme applied that changes the background and text colors to a yellow background and navy blue text. Next, I need two photos (supplied in the images directory -- you pick one from the mowers section and one from the riding mowers section) placed on the Default.aspx page to make it look more attractive. I also need the header on all pages spruced up with some fancy type that says: Apex Lawn and Garden/See us for all your landscape power equipment needs.
Finally, I need some pages added to the menu bar that have already been created. There are also some minor page tweaks needed. All of the background/programming work has been done -- but I want the pages renamed so they don't have the word "designer" in the cs files (they do now).
These are all just cosmetic changes. Shouldn't take very long to do. I have a specific list of the pages already created that need to be worked into the menu bar. The pages are:
•default.aspx: provides the landing page for the store with sale items and other products of interest (you will spruce this up by selecting two images from the images folder and marking the photos with a h3 line that says "On Sale!" ... the header you do should show up on this and the other pages as well).
•catalog.aspx: a basic catalog page that allows you to display mowers and riding mowers
•the capability to display all product information must be present (for both product )
•a contact page for the customer to request to be put on the email list for information and services (page is built, it just needs tweaked to account for the e-mail list).
Also, these pages need adding to the menu (again, they are built and the site is fully functional):
•a page to update the Merchandise table. Notice that this table controls which items are on sale.
•a page to update the RidingMowers table
•a page to update the Mowers table
•a way to create new products in both Mowers and RidingMowers must be created
There is a database for this site. I will include the bak file with it when a freelancer's bid is accepted.
