Asp.Net Programmer required for an hour

I need an asp.net/c#/sql server guy for an hour of work.
Your code will need to be clean and minimal.

Basic requirement is to save data about a person and his orders into two tables one person table, one orders table, and to bring that data back. (If possible with a login).

I will give you all the fields required. No design work is required, but it must be just tidy on white.

I know this is a simple piece of work so all I will be looking for is whether I can get a simple login as part of this is not then will just give it to the first person who sounds good.
