ASP.NET code to submit form to CRM

We are using Zoho CRM which is an online sales & marketing tool.

Zoho provides some HTML code that we can add to our website so that users can register/subscribe online and automatically submit their details to the CRM package as a 'hot' new lead.

I would like to have this code converted to ASP.NET/C# so that I can use it in a 'content' page that sits in a 'master' page. Everything I have tried fails so I'll throw it out to the experts :)
