Artist needs interactive webcam website

I am modern Artist that needs a website being created for me. I will provide all material images etc, including templates and art to be shown on the website.

It will be an interactive puzzle and webcam website.
1. The puzzle part of the website will includes flash designed pages which will show photographs that I have taken and other members of the website, Any images by members showing bad and explicit photos will be deleted. and will be mixed up to create a puzzle for the veiwer to either create the original photo or make up there own photographic montage and create an abstract image. After they have created there own image they can send the image to me with a payment to create an original representation of the image. There will be seven pages of these puzzle image pages
2. The webcamera page is a page where the viewer can see me paint original artworks. They can also interact with the view they see by sending comments to via the webcam page. They can also stop the creation of the painting at any time with a timer that will be shown on the web camera page it will show the time, money per hour, and the price at that moment at that time. The viewer can then stop the painting when he/she thinks it is an ideal place to stop the painting. So the more time spent on the painting the more exspensive it becomes.
3. The website will also have gallery of paintings with the catergories of Oil, Arcylic, Pen & Ink Drawings. The will also be a forum for people to ask questions and aswer them and a guest book.
