Apply fixes to 8 pages of a site under construction

Implement the following tasks:

- reorganise the html code according to the content of the jsp tag libraries that are marked with html comments containing these keywrds:
siteAboveHeader
headerVisitor
siteHeader
siteFooter
siteUnderFooter
- make their content show/behave consistently no matter on which page they can be placed, and according to screen size.
- reorganise the css in dedicated files, with proper comments and no repeated code
- tune up the display of myecardRecorded.html
- fix any issue that may come up
