Animator / Flash Developer

I have an animation element for a new program launch that I need a creative individual to take from story board to finished animation / flash element. The story board has been built as a PSD (attached as a jpeg) so most of the design elements will be available but they might need to be improved.

This should be a relatively quick job and if the person does a good job on this I have 7 others that can be assigned immediately after and a fairly regular steam of work that will follow.
