General information for the website: This is an ongoing comedy cartoon.
Num. of web pages/modules: One KEEP IT SIMPLE. How many hours do you estimate it would take you to animate Our Neighbor Bob #1 at this URL: http://ourneighborbob.com/
Description of every page/module: We can provide PhotoShop file of the characters and set that animator can assembly in the program of his or her choice.
Description of requirements/features: We provide audio files and a detailed script. There is the Introduction - Cartoon (Average 1.5 minutes) - Tag. To see an EXAMPLE of the work go to the URL below. Please, do not write us until you view this EXAMPLE. We are going to take our time so you do not have to rush to respond. I put EXAMPLE in caps because that is exactly what it is.

All characters and some props will speak. We like to position the characters and props that speak in such a way they are not looking directly at the camera. We hardly ever zoom in close. But we expect a lot of small easy to do movement. We do not want a static production. We try to keep the drawing to a minimum by supplying 300 dpi photographs. 99% of the time the same set and characters and props will be used.
CMS and Admin requirements: Animator must have a good knowledge of English. You will have to have script in hand while animating. We make few changes and understand the easy and hard parts of animation.
