Description of requirements/features: Need to make sure things are working well in new application
and migrate from old windows app C# to angularjs and webapi.
Extra notes: Need someone to help take over project for me and do fixes on current application.
Need someone with experience in angularjs 1.x and WebApi C#
Also user will need to concert legacy C# to webapi and angularjs
