AngularJS and Flask REST API Web Application

Description of requirements/features: I need a REST API WEB APP with Angular Front end and Flask as back-end I have already the API and the front-end but I need to modify it to fit on what I want, I need a Master API KEY to speak with the API, also user with permissions and to speak with the API use the KEY + user authentication so I can manage the permissions of the users to perform some actions as for example admin (ListAllUser) and users (CantListAllUsers), the idea is to provide data to an android App, also this website has the integration of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn ... login but is a problem that I want to merge all in one user than create one per each social login as it do, using the email address, also I need a panel control to manage users as admin, also this GitHub project has many back-end but I want to use Python with Flask, and the front End in Angular everything is provided. Also I like to reduce the amount of things in the project and sort everything for easy update in future (Folder Structure).

The realization and following the develop is going to be done by Git repository making every day one commit explaining changes and what has been done
