Angular Responsive Design Upgrade

Hi,

I have developed an MVP called Eleutherios (https://eleutherios.org.nz) made up of 50 pages.

Eleutherios is developed in Angular.js on a Express (Firestore) backend. I use Firebase Authentication, Database, Storage and hosting to implement the solution.

I need somebody to help me upgrade my source code to Angular Universal for SEO support and a responsive design layout. If you load the website in a browser and hit F12 and choose a mobile device in the toolbar you will see that the website is not very responsive. This occurs more frequently when users sign in and there is a sidebar issue.
