Angular Project with Firebase

I need Someone to build a Balance management system (like Crypto platform) in Angular (Front) and Firebase (Back) here's a detailed description:

There are 2 users: Admin and Normal users.

*** Admin ***
- Authentication
- Consult Normal Users list (with the ability to Disable/Enable users and change their Balance)

*** Normal Users ***
- Register
- Authentication (Login only when Enabled)
- Change personal information
- Upload documents.
- Send balance to other Usernames (only if balance is enough)
- Receive notification upon receiving Balance.

I need this delivered in 2 Days.
