Angular app/component used in conjunction with Fabric.js

We have a website built in Umbraco. The website is an embroidery e-commerce website that allows the customer to customize garments by adding a logo to a garment or selecting from a library to build a design to add to a garment.

We have it functioning but need some additional features adding to it to finish it off.
It's currently built with Angular and using Fabric.js as well. We need someone with very strong Angular and Javascript skills. Beneficial if you have experience with Umbraco as well.

Features we need adding and looking at:

1) Garment sometimes doesn't show on load, needs de-bugging, and fixing.
2) Position pricing increase (front, back, sleeve etc), the first position is free, another position should increase the price.
3) Save the design created to users library (check if logged in first before doing so).
4) Load library of saved designs/logos of logged in user into the customizer.
5) Uploading images pricing, the first is free but subsequent ones should increase the price.
6) Zoom in on garment causes it so not snap back into place on the zoom out.
7) Rotating a logo/image allows it to go outside of the bounding box, need fixing.
