Android TV app to display a presentation (converted from powerpoint)

Description of requirements/features: This is a 2 Phrases project. Below requirement is for this work (Phrase 1)

-Build Android app
-Convert powerpoint content to Android TV app
-Screensaver for app to display marketing material

Success criteria:
-Able to install app on Mibox (http://www.mi.com/en/mibox/)
-Able to do a presentation on Mibox of my content
-Able to show marketing content when app is idle.
Extra notes: I am in California, USA. If you are not available to communicate atleast once a day in my timezone please don't offer service. Thank you.

Note: This app can include the presentation data or it can pull from a server. I can provide server.

Phrase 2 will be done once phrase 1 is fully tested, will develop advance feature within the app, such as survey and wizard for new client application etc...
