Analytics expert to setup Conversion Goals and the Analytics account correctly

We would like to setup a Google Analytics account and setup some conversions goals.

The conversions goals are simple, we would like to:
- track how many forms have been submitted through our organic trafic
- track how many people clicked on the phone call button through
- track how many people opened a chat and started a conversation through our different campaigns

We'd also like to get some advices to get a better view on the campaigns performance through our analytics reports.

We would like to have a Google Analytics expert that would be available to assist us on long term relationship.
