Analyst/Developer in Scotland for FB/Google+ pages Glasgow / Central Belt

We have substantially completed development of a WS application that will use FB and (sooner or later) Google+ as a marketing front end built around their Groups/Circles functionality.

We are looking for a analyst / developer that knows the FB / Google+ area (FB certainly) and who can contribute creatively as well as technically to the user experience ie as an analyst as well as a developer.

Design capability a plus though this could be contracted out.

This is a potentially long term relationship to be built around a succession of fixed price contracts following an initial contract of £1K to £3K (depending on how much bitten off initially)
