An Html emailer to work across all platforms

I have an HTML Email build. It works across some platforms but I need it to work in outlook and IE 8 & 9. The HTML is 98% completed and just need tested to make sure it works on all email platforms. I have all the images and the HTML file to use. I will also need an unsubscribe link added in under the HTML. I will need some space to host it for the online version and ideally need this working for Monday morning.
