Amends and development to existing website

For our existing site: www.easyleasetrader.com

We want someone to do the following for us (summary):

1. For someone looking for a vehicle: Currently this is free and we want to remain free, however we need someone to create an option to upgrade in order to see all contact information for each vehicle as they search. This would be a monthly registration fee (valid for 30 days) and there should be a paypal payment integration for the amount to register and there should be a declaration/agreement form where they enter "iagree" which states to pay ELT x£ on completion of transfer of their vehicle.

2. This then means that when someone registers on the site looking for a vehicle, they can register for free as it is now, but if they complete the payment they can then see the contact information of vehicle owners as they search for them so they can liase directly with them.

3. For the person selling the lease: registration stays the same, but when they register they have a similar "iagree" to pay ELT x£ upon completion of my vehicle transfer. No upgrade option is required for the seller.

4. Implement on the site an easy way for me to upload and change adverts on the site (both text links and banners). At present there is no advertising on there but we want to implement this shortly.
