ALL LINGS TO HAVE BUTTONS, ALL BUTTONS TO HAVE BOXES

1) I want all underline links to be buttons.
This does not include ones generated by my website such as the ones from searching my website.
ll underline links at the bottom of pages (contents pages usually have links at the bottom) or wherever to be changed into buttons.
2) I want all buttons to become boxes by having an outline or border around them.
The regular button links to other links and pages need a single line, thin line, or simple line box.
The numbered button links to topics and groups of links need a double line or medium thickness line.
The footer button links need a triple line or thick line.
So three levels of boxes for 3 kinds of buttons.
