Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a skilled Developer to add an Alipay function to my small website. Preferably Mandarin speaker. Budget to be discussed with person with right skills for the job. Please contact me only if you have:

- Alipay experience (or at least understand how to implement it)
- can speak some Mandarin Chinese

I have specified intermediate level experience but am open to use the right person, whatever level they are at.
